Getting Started

How talents, guardians, and recruiters can start using viewfoot.

1. Choose your account type

  • Players / talents: Create your account to build a profile, manage content, and unlock dashboard workflows.
  • Recruiters: Apply for verification so you can browse the player directory, manage wishlists, and start secure conversations.
  • Guardians: Join from an invitation when an under-18 player needs consent and billing approval.

Visit app.viewfoot.com and follow the sign-up flow that fits your role.

2. Verify your email

Check your inbox for the confirmation message and click the verification link. Accounts that are not verified cannot publish profiles or view the directory.

3. Complete your profile

  • Upload a recent photo, fill in your bio, and select your primary and secondary positions.
  • Add career history, current club status, and availability window.
  • Use the guided dashboard onboarding and profile coach to close the biggest gaps first.
  • Provide representation details if you work with an agent.

Recruiters should add organisation information so the viewfoot team can validate credentials quickly.

4. Invite a guardian early for under-18 profiles (players)

If the talent is under 18, send the guardian invitation as soon as the profile basics are in place. Recruiter visibility, secure messaging, and billing stay blocked until guardian setup is complete.

5. Add match video and annotations (players)

Upload full matches or highlight clips, then tag the key moments using the annotation workspace. Keep notes short and actionable so recruiters understand the context immediately.

6. Start a plan or trial when you need uploads and progression

Free accounts can complete the basics. Paid talent plans start with a 14-day trial and unlock uploads, analytics depth, and the Progress Hub. Pro, Elite, and legacy access unlock the current progression surfaces.

7. Request recruiter verification (recruiters)

Submit proof of your club, agency, or scouting affiliation. We review each request to keep the player directory safe. You will receive an email once the review is complete.

8. Start connecting

  • Players: Publish your profile, monitor insights from the dashboard, and respond to secure conversations or trial requests.
  • Recruiters: Use filters to find prospects, add them to wishlists, and start secure conversations when ready.
  • Guardians: Complete consent and billing steps, then manage visibility and secure follow-up from guardian surfaces.
